We regret to inform you of the passing of Boynton Beach, Florida resident Jeanette Fenoli. At the age of 99, she died away quietly on March 11th, 2023 from natural causes. In Ohio, Jeanette was born into an 8-sibling family.

She was born and raised in Idaho, although she also lived in California, Illinois, Louisiana, Florida, Japan, and the Philippines. During World War II, Jeanette trained as a registered nurse and worked at an army hospital. She worked in home health for many years during her nearly 30-year career as an RN. She could literally talk to anyone and had the gift of gab.

She enjoyed shopping, going to church, and dressing to the nines. She had a voracious appetite for both delicious food and life. She really loved a juicy steak or Chinese food. Many recall her exuberant motorcycle club rides with the Louisiana-based Southern Cruisers. Jeanette had enormous satisfaction in her children’s accomplishments and enjoyed mentoring others, particularly nurses.

Rosemary Easter, Rita Thaemert, Annabelle Schenck, and Dorothy Meyers are her remaining four sisters. She also leaves behind four children, John (Carol) Fenoli, Gary Fenoli, COL Richard (Cheryl) Fenoli, and Randy Fenoli, as well as seven granddaughters and eight great-grandchildren.

Three of Jeanette’s cherished children—Linda Fenoli, James Fenoli, and Thomas Fenoli—predeceased her.

On April 8th, at 10 a.m., a graveside memorial service was held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
