How Rapper Pat Stay Died?
Early Sunday morning, on September 4, 2022, at around 12:36 a.m., the regional police of Halifax reported a weapons call to the 1600 block of Lower Water Street.
On reaching the crime scene, authorities located a male suffering from multiple injuries consistent with being the victim of a stabbing. The victim was transported to the nearest hospital for treatment, where he later died of his injuries. The deceased was later identified as the acclaimed Nova Scotia rapper, Pat Stay.

Halifax Regional Police Constable, John MacLeod, said they did not have any information about what actually led up to the stabbing or whether there were any witnesses to the incident.
