Gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu is dead

Osinachi Nawachukwu, a Nigerian gospel singer, has died.

The singer, who came to limelight with the hit “Ekwueme,” which she co-wrote with Prospa Ochimana, died in an Abuja hospital on Friday night.

Her family has not yet provided details about the cause of her death.

She was the lead singer at Dunamis International Gospel Centre.

She was featured in many gospel songs, including “Nara Ekele” (Dunamis Abuja), “Ekwueme”, by Prospa Ochimana, and “You no dey play me to play” by Emma.

In November 2021, her last song, Ikem (God Of Power), was released.

Peter Nwachukwu, her husband, and their four children are still with her.

She was Amarachi Grace Eze’s twin sister and is a well-known gospel singer.
