On Monday, news broke that the body of 15-year-old Adriana Davidson had been found near Ann Arbor Pioneer High School in Michigan. Adriana had been reported missing on Friday, January 27, 2023, after she didn’t return home from school and friends having not seen her since around 11am. Who was Adriana Davidson?
Adriana was born on March 12th 2005 in Ypsilanti Michigan to her parents, Robert Davidson and Maritza Lopez. She attended Ann Arbor Pioneer High School where she was a freshman and ran track for the school team. She was also an avid reader and loved to spend time with her friends and family. In addition to her parents and brother Anthony, she is survived by her stepfather Oscar Lopez; two sisters, Elida Lopez and Jocelyn Lopez; four half-siblings; maternal grandmother Maria Santiago; paternal grandparents Robert Davidson Sr., Linda (Lloyd) Davidson-Bryant; aunt Lissette McFall; uncles Jonathan Santiago Jr., Steven Santiago Sr., Randy Bryant Sr., Charles McFall III.; cousins Steven Santiago Jr., Charles McFall IV., Nia McFall-Lopez, Randy Bryant Jr.; as well as many other extended family members who will miss her dearly.
How did Adriana Davidson die? What was the cause of her death?
Her brother, Anthony Lopez, shared a heartbreaking video where he told that his sister’s body had been discovered by police on the grounds.
Andriana Father John Davidson announced her death on social media.
“This is the hardest thing I’ve even had to do but, my daughter Adriana was found and she has passed on! I’m not sure where I go from here but, I am so grateful for all the support and love from everyone across this nation especially family and friends that have helped searching and posting for Adriana! I need time to grieve and her siblings and mother as well as immediate family need time to grieve I will post details about her funeral once we have everything set! Thank you everyone for your support I love you all! God bless and let’s all know that Adriana is at peace!”
The Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office has not yet released information about how Adriana died or any details about any suspects in connection with her death. However, they did confirm that the investigation is ongoing. We are all waiting for answers as to why this young life ended too soon at such a tender age.
