Ireland’s favorite garden guru, Dermot O’Neill is an Irishman who has been gardening since he was 10 years old. His broadcasting career began in 1982 when he appeared on the “RTE children’s program” that was before started presenting his garden show Live at Three.

Reason Of Dermot O’Neill death??
The sudden death of Dermot O’Neill was reported by his family on Friday, 2nd July 2022. He passed away at the age of 58yrs at St Vincent’s Hospital in Dublin.
He was under the special care of his family, doctors, and nurses before he passed away in the ICU. According to the sources, he peacefully left the world spending his last moments with his beloved ones.
Personal Life Of Dermot O’Neill
O’Neill’s comes from a Dublinian background, his maternal grandmother was Limerick-born and he was educated in C.B.C., Monkstown Park.
He was diagnosed with cancer in 2009. After a long treatment at Beacon Hospital, Beaumont Hospital, and St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, he was declared Cancer free in 2011.
He launched “Dermot’s Secret Garden” a TV series where he shared of his health problems, fighting cancer and renovations to the Victorian walled garden in Clondeglass, Co Laois.

He continued, “He was such an inspiration to so many gardeners throughout the years. I remember watching him on ‘Live at Three’ when I got home from school.
“Clondeglass Walled Garden, which he built, was a huge success for RTE.
I’m extremely fortunate to have taken over the garden and carried on his labor.
