Who is Laine Hardy? American Idol alum receives warrant over “sensitive” allegation

The Louisiana State University Police Department issued a warrant for American Idol winner Laine Hardy, 21, on April 28. (LSU).

Hardy used his social media accounts to update his supporters about the investigation. He revealed in his statement that he was served with a warrant after being suspected of a sensitive matter. The musician did not elaborate on the claims leveled against him.

Laine Hardy is a 21-year-old Louisiana native who competed in season 17 of American Idol. he was born on September 12, 2000. He won the season by defeating Alejandro Aranda in the finale and is known for his rock music.

Since winning, Hardy has released a number of singles and albums. Blue Christmas, Flame, Ground I Grew Up On, Tiny Town, Other LA, and Let There Be Country are just a few of his songs. He drew attention last year when he sang his song Memorize You on ABC’s The Bachelor.

Hardy grew up in Livingston, Texas, with his brother Kyle and sister Brittany. His mother Cindy Lou is a realtor, and his father Barry is a general contractor for a building company.

He began playing guitar at the age of eight, and by the age of fourteen, he had formed Band Hardy with his brother and cousins. They performed in local taverns

Hardy is set to appear in American Idol Season 20

Laine Hardy announced on social media three days ago that he’ll be on the latest season of American Idol.

He’ll appear in Season 20 Episode 17 alongside Laci Kaye Booth, a participant from Season 17. It will be a reunion program that will run on ABC on May 2nd.
