Brownless is a longtime resident of Stockton as per the public records and the Stockston Police Department. He was arrested during a traffic stop this past weekend.

Who is Wesley Brownlee?

Wesley Brownlee, 43, is a longtime resident of Stockton, California. He has been featured in the citiy’s public records and also has a criminal history. Reportedly, he is a homeless man of the black ethnicity.

An apartment near Knickerbocker Drive and Tam O’Shanter Drive was Wesley Brownlee’s last known address. The area is nearby to one of the killings in Stockton where person named Jonathan Rodriguez was shot dead inside a vehicle on August 30, 2022.

Brownless has been arrested now. He was caught by the police during a traffic stop Saturday morning near Panella Park at Village Green Drive and Winslow Way. He was reportedly carrying a handgun and was “on hunt” for the next victim.

Brownlee was involved in a DUI in 2009 as revealed by online records from the San Joaquin Court. However, the details about the Stockton-area case were unavailable.


•He was also involved in a felony case in 2017 as revealed by the same court documents.

•Brownlee was involved in a traffic citation in Arizona in 2019 as revealed by records from Bowie Justice Court in Cochise County. He pleaded guilty of the accusations.

•In January 2021 Brownlee was involved in a traffic infraction case where the San Joaquin Court ordered him to pay a fine of $327.

•In June 2022, he was involved in another traffic infraction case which has a scheduled hearing on the upcoming December 20th.

Wesley Brownlee Arrested for Stockton Serial Killings

Wesley Brownlee, the alleged suspect of the series of killings in Stockton, has been arrested by the police during a traffic stop on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at around 2 AM at Winslow Way and Village Green Drive

He was wearing dark clothing with a mask around his neck and armed with a firearm in his waistban as per the police’s statement. Police Chief Stanley Madden confirmed in a press conference that he was caught “while out hunting.”

“Our surveillance team followed this person while he was driving. We watched his patterns and determined early this morning he was on a mission to kill. He was out hunting,” said McFadden.

Brownlee could face charges for the murders of six men that were linked through ballistics. The police has confirmed that he is the sole suspect at this time.

Who are the Six People whom Wesley Brownlee killed?

The San Joaquin County Office of the Medical Examiner has confirmed the identities of the Stockton victims killed by Wesley Brownlee. Four of them were killed while walking while once was killed inside a car.

•Juan Vasquez Serano, 39, was killed in Oakland around 4:15 AM on April 10, 2021.

•Paul Yaw, 35, was gunned down on the 5600 block of Kermit Lane around 12:30 AM on July 8, 2022.

•Salvador Debudey Jr., 43, was shot dead on the 4900 block of West Lane around 10 PM on August 11, 2022.

•Jonathan Hernandez Rodruguez, 21, was shot dead on the 800 block of East Hammer on August 30, 2022.

•Juan Cruz, 52, was gunned down in his car on September 21, 2022, at around 4:30 AM.

•Lawrence Lopez Sr., 54, was shot dead on the 900 block of Porter Avneu around 2 AM on September 27, 2022.

Brownlee also shot Natasha LaTour about 10 times near the train tracks at Park and North Union streets on April 16, 2021. However, she survived the attack mircaulously and shared her statement recently.

What is Wesley Brownlee’s Connection to the Stockton Serial Killings?

Police have revealed that Wesley Brownlee’s connection to the Stockton serial killings was established with ballistics tests linked to the same weapon. The tests interconnected six fatal shootings and the shooting of another woman who was shot 10 times but survived the attack.

There was a 448-day break between killings of the second and third victims. However, the gaps become shorter as Brownlee went on a spree of murders.
