Singer KK dies at 53 after performing Kolkata concert: Singer Krishnakumar Kunnath, commonly known as KK, died this evening in Kolkata, where he was performing (May 31). He was 53 years old at the time.
After the show, the playback singer fell and was transferred to a private hospital in the city. According to medical officials, he was “taken dead” to Kolkata’s CMRI Hospital about 10 p.m.
The musician shared images from his gig at Kolkata’s Nazrul Mancha earlier today.
