Comment by social media creator wolfhatfacts about the Racist Intent Murder of Peanut.

You see when i make these videos saying black people need to stop being racist especially to white people then they come up with a million excuses. Excuses: Its prejudice, its this and that. Its Wrong.

Explain what you just heard just now. Thats not racism to you? I do not want to hear another black human being say the words that they cannot be racist. Escpecially to white people because this has happened before just Uno Reversed.

And the black community was up in arms about that persons comments. Look at the difference. You dont see white people burning down buildings right now do you? You dont see white people putting up white squares on their f-in instagram profiles do you?

Where is our justice for her posters? Yikes! So from now on when black people say they cannot be racist. Tell them that they are full of sh-t. And if that doesn’t work show them this video. And if that doesn’t work then f–k it.

Why Have Hate Crime Laws?

Hate crimes affect more people than the majority of other types of crimes. Victims of hate crimes include not just the immediate victim but also people who share their characteristics. Hate crimes have a tremendous impact on families, communities, and occasionally the entire country.

Why Report Hate Crimes?

The gap between hate crimes reported to law enforcement and those that actually occur is known as the “Hate Crimes Reporting Gap.” Reporting hate crimes is essential not only to support victims and help them but also to make it obvious that the community will not accept this kind of violence. Reporting hate crimes enables law enforcement and the community to properly grasp the extent of the issue and devote resources to preventing and dealing with bias- and hate-based assaults.

First Amendment Constitution Hate Crime.

People cannot be prosecuted based solely on their views, according to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. It is not illegal to express objectionable beliefs or associate with others who hold them, despite the fact that some people may be offended or angered by beliefs that are erroneous or based on false stereotypes. The First Amendment does not, however, prevent criminal behavior just because it is motivated by philosophical convictions.
