Scotch Sounds, which is held monthly at the Explorers’ Bothy Bar, is a relaxed evening of music, drinks, canapes, and cocktails. Live Music, Jazz & Soul Sundays – 12 June
This monthly event features live music and delicious two-course lunch on the rooftop 1820 Bar. The spectacular rooftop bar will soon unveil its summer menu. It was created by Executive Chef Paul Morrison and Head Bartender Miran Chauhan. You can choose from sharing platters, small plates or main meals. Cocktail lovers will have plenty of choices for their drinks. Johnnie Walker Prince Street Sherry Cask Special Edition
The new Scotch is infused with the sweetening of the sherry-seasoned casks. It has all the Johnnie Walker Black Label flavors. This Scotch is smooth and dynamic, made from whiskies that have been aged for at least 12 years. It has been finished in Jerez sherry-seasoned casks to give it mellow sweet notes. This limited edition can be purchased at the Johnnie Walker Princes Street retail location.
