RIP….The offices of Brown Shearing’s Anywhere Anytime were saddened to hear today of the passing of Mr Jim Flockart. Mr Flockart was a stalwart not only of his beloved Burracoppin Footy Club but of the Eastern Districts Football League as a whole. Schooling a young player advocate at a tribunal hearing a long time ago with consummate ease. He held many positions at both club and league level and was hugely respected. It is through the tireless work of men and women like Mr Flockart that we have such a wonderful football competition to enjoy today. He will be sorely missed.
