Jorhomy “Jho” Reiena Rovero, wife of Filipino actor Andrew Schimmer is no more. Schimmer announced on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, that her wife has passed away after spending almost a year at St. Luke’s Hospital.
The “Gagamboy” actor announced the tragic news of his wife’s untimely death with a sad video on Facebook. Schimmer revealed that he was taping for the game show “Family Feud” on GMA Network when he received the news.
He canceled the shoot and rushed to the hospital to see the love of his life for the last time “They did everything they could. Masakit lang. Gusto ko lang ibalita sa inyo. Guys, maraming salamat sa mga nagdasal. Ang sakit lang kasi birthday ng bunso namin mamaya,” he said.
Schimmer added: “Hindi siya inabutan ng bunso namin.”
Later in the video, Schimmer showed the face of his deceased wife to the his followers. She was seen lying on the hospital bed. “Huwag po kayong mag-alala. Lahat po kayo bibigyan ko ng pagkakataon na makita siya. Yun lang po muna. Thank you,” he said while concluding the clip.
What was the cause of Andrew Schimmer’s Wife’s Death?
Jho Rovero, the wife of Andrew Schimmer, was ill from last year. The actor revealed that she was admitted to the hospital for several months due to a coma. This week, she suffered a severe asthma attack that led to cardiac arrest and extreme hypoxemia.
Unfortunately, Jho Rovero couldn’t survive this and passed away. Andrew Schimmer revealed that his wife’s condition was getting well before her death yesterday. She was discharged from the hospital on October 10, 2022, but her health turned worse a week later.
She had to be admitted back to the medical facility and was getting treated for the conditions she suffered from. However, the lady passed away at a very young age.
