The authorities and school administration are currently investigating an incident that took place today at James Gholson Middle School. A student in the eighth grade is accused of assaulting a student in the sixth grade.

The victim suffered a seizure and was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance. There, it was discovered that the victim had sustained serious injuries.
