The latest season follows Whitney’s moms deteriorating health conditions and has left the fans scared. Those who watch the show regularly know how close the American television personality is to her parents, especially her mother, and her friends.

Glenn and Barbara frequently appear on the TLC show and make the fans laugh with their hilarious stints. The show would lose a lot if anything happens to either of them and that’s why fans are concerned about Babs Thore right now.

Is Barbara “Babs” Thore Alive or Not?

The good news is that Barbara “Babs” Thore is alive and recovering well. The widespread concern about her health was prompted by a sneak peek clip from MBFFL Season 10 shared exclusively via People.

The brief clip shows Whitney’s father Glenn Thore informing her over the phone, “We’re taking your mom to the emergency room. It’s scary.” After that, Whitney clarified to the camera that she got a call from her dad telling her that her mother had another stroke and she was extremely worried.

“She was laying on the couch, and she couldn’t talk,” Whitney’s brother Hunter Thore said. “When I first came in, I thought she might have passed away,” he added.

Following that, Glenn added: “And I was trying to figure out how bad it was, you know, where do we go from here.”

The footage then cuts to the scene of Whitney sobbing in her car as she spoke to her father on the phone. “I can’t believe she’s taken a turn for the worse,” Glenn tells his daughter.

“I saw mom today, and this is really it,” said Whitney before embracing a member of the production crew and breaking down emotionally. Obviously, the clip left fans helluva worried about the Thore family.

She is my greatest gift and I love being able to share her with you. If you want to drop an encouraging word or a compliment or memory, I’ll read them to her. We love how much you love her. We are so proud of her! ❤️” she concluded the post.
