On Tuesday, the 29th of November 2022, Tyler Lingerfelt passed away. Tyler was a Reactor Propulsion LCPO at USS Harry S Truman (CVN-75).

The cause of death is yet to be determined. He is survived by his beautiful wife and lovely kids. In a statement, Peggy Sain Lingerfelt said: “So as I got up this morning, I’m awakened from my rest, to realize the nightmare is real. He’s really gone. There’ll be No more Wonderful Bear Hugs from my Son, He won’t get to be there for his children to grow up. He So Loved his Babies and was so looking forward to marrying his True Love, Liz, and building a Beautiful Blended Life Together.” Tyler was a beloved husband, father, and son. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Tyler was clearly passionate about his work and dedicated to his country. His loss will be felt by many.
