“With a heavy heart, I am saddened to announce Robyn’s passing,” the post reads. “However, she is no longer suffering and would want us to remember that and the good memories,” it states.

Robyn Griggs passed away after having a long battle with a type of cervical cancer. She was diagnosed with the deadly disease in 2020 and had been documenting her health struggles on social media platforms.
Her death came as a result of her losing battle against stage four cervical cancer. This type of cancer is usually terminal and Griggs didn’t have a chance of recovering fully. She had entered hospice care just days before her demise.

Robyn Grigg was diagnosed with stage four of endocervical adeno cancer in Fall 2020. This type of cancer is often fatal and start in the gland cells that produce mucus. The actress often documented her struggle on Instagram and Facebook.
“I love to laugh — that’s my way of coping, and so I made sure to find something funny to think about,” she said in an interview last year. “Depression is a terrible thing and I definitely have moments of that, but I remember … I’m still here,” she added.
Just last month, Griggs revealed that she had been diagnosed with four new tumors. Unfortunately, she lost the battle this Saturday and left this world for a better one.
Her publicist Rodrigo praised her determination in the tough times. “I will never forget how open she was to telling her story and accepting of me helping her tell it,” she said. “She wanted to help people and spread the word of her story to do it. I was honored to do so. RIP my friend, I love you and smile when I think of you,” she added.
