Elaine Mehler had been working for Three Pillars Recruiting since 2018 as a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. She was passionate about her work and dedicated to helping others get their foot in the door in their desired careers. According to her colleagues and supervisors, Elaine was an exceptional leader who could always be counted on to provide candid yet compassionate feedback. She was deeply respected by everyone she worked with.
How did Elaine Mehler die?
Elaine Mehler, a 56 year old employee of Three Pillars Recruiting, was identified as the victim of a tragic accident on December 14, 2022. Witnesses reported that she went swimming off Jungle Island near Miami at approximately 4 PM and did not resurface. Rescue workers quickly responded and located her body close to the island at 5:15 PM before transporting her to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Medical Center where she was sadly pronounced dead.

Elaine Mehler, an employee at Three Pillars Recruiting, was tragically pronounced dead at Ryder Trauma Center on a company-sponsored retreat in Miami near Jungle Island. According to witnesses, Elaine disappeared in the water soon after 4 PM and was found about an hour later. While the cause of Elaine’s death is not yet known, there is speculation that it may have been related to an earlier boating accident Elaine had sustained in New Jersey back on December 14th, 2022. Despite having no information available about the funeral service itself, Elaine Mehler will always remain in our hearts as an amazing woman who touched so many people in her time on Earth.
