Then came “Hair Of The Dog”, which cemented their fame and legacy. Fast forward 35 years, and I saw them once again! Dan held the band and music together, with both grace and a grinning fan nod like a father to his son! He was so congenial, positive, and always looking to make you laugh! His “shards of glass” singing style was absolutely unique! Rock lost a treasure, and I’ve lost one of my true rock idols! I send my condolences to the McCafferty family.
