Here’s some photos I’ve been sent the last few days of Dan Cerrillo. You really look at photos a lot differently once it’s all that’s left of someone. There’s incredible beauty hidden in the people we spend time with everyday.
My dad told me one day he was planning on getting tattoos. And I was young so I said “but dad tattoos are for scary people!” But when I look at these photos now, I remember how much I came to love the work of art he wore. I love that he used it to empower himself and his community. Please feel welcome to send us any photos you have. It would be greatly appreciated ❤️

Dan Cerrillo You would be the first to admit you didn’t live the perfect life. But you lived a full one. There were so many titles you like to have, frogman, business owner, coach. But there were titles you loved to have, father, husband, mentor, brother. You saved my life more than I can count. You were one of the first men outside of my blood family to say “I love you” to me, and I knew you meant it. You taught me the importance of when friends call, you answer. While other companies made pledges to hire veterans you put your money where your mouth was and put hundreds of veterans to work. The lessons you taught will echo for generations to come. Fair winds and fair seas. Rest easy my brother. We have it from here. I miss you and I love you brother.
