On November 16, 2022, Corneisha Butler was tragically murdered by her ex-girlfriend, Kayla. This came after months of harassment and threats from Kayla, who was evidently jealous of Corneisha’s success.
Just days before the murder, Kayla had gone to Corneisha’s home and set fire to her pink Mercedes and Jeep – two of Corneisha’s favorite possessions. It is clear that Kayla was trying to destroy Corneisha’s life, and she ultimately succeeded in taking away her most precious possession – her life.
