It is with deep sorrow that we must announce the passing of Andreas Frey, founder of Frey Nutrition. Andreas died suddenly in his sleep on the night of October 20th to 21st. He was only 43 years old.
Andreas was a well-known bodybuilder and personality, but little is known about his health history. His sudden passing has come as a shock to many.
Andreas’ company, Frey Nutrition, has paid tribute to him on Facebook with a post featuring a picture of Andreas along with a caption stating:
“It is with deep sorrow that we must announce that Andreas Frey, founder of Frey Nutrition, passed away on the night of October 20 . He died suddenly in his sleep. Our sympathy goes out to his bereaved family, especially his wife Ina and his daughters Anna and Lisa.”

The post goes on to state that Andreas’ wife Ina, who is the co-founder of Frey Nutrition, will now take over the company. Our thoughts are with Andreas’ family during this difficult time.
About Andreas Frey
Andreas Frey is a retired German IFBB professional bodybuilder.
He is known for his appearances in the 2006 PDI Night of Champions and the 2007 IFBB Arnold Classic.
In 2006, Frey was defeated by Lee Priest and took home the silver medal.
However, he grabbed the headlines in 2007 when he participated in the Arnold Classic.
This was one of the most important bodybuilding competitions at that time and Frey gave a good fight to take home the third position.
However, a severe pec injury forced him to retire from the sport soon afterward.
Despite his retirement, Frey has continued to contribute to the bodybuilding field.
He has started a supplement agency called Frey Nutrition, which is well-known in Germany.
He has also been training athletes who aspire to make a career in bodybuilding.
Frey was a popular figure in the German bodybuilding scene and his untimely death has come as a shock to many.
Tributes have been pouring in from all corners of the world. Arnold Schwarzenegger, took to Twitter to pay his respects. He wrote:
