Matthew Kyrillidis was a 17-year-old boy from East Northport who lived with his mother Danielle, his father Christopher Kyrillidis, and his brother CJ. He was a senior student at the Chaminade High School in Mineola, New York.
Matthew was the loving grandson of the late Joseph Ceci) Spargimino, nephew of Kevin (Christina) Kyrillidis and Laura Marie Smith. He was also the Great Grandson of Frank (Elizabeth Young) Lutz, and Aspasia “Yiayia” Kyrillidis.
The young boy was adored by many at the school and was always full of spirit. He was good at academics, sports, and extra-curricular activities.

Matthew Kyrillidis dead at 17: What was his cause of death?
The exact cause of Matthew Kyrillidis’ death is unknown at the time of writing. His family hasn’t made the reason public. It’s speculated that Matthew passed away in a vehicle crash or another tragedy.

The last rites of Matthew Kyrillidis are set as Visitations will take place on Wednesday, October 5, from 3 PM to 9 PM at the Brueggemann Funeral Home at 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport, NY (11731).
The Funeral Service will start on the next day, Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 10 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 20 Cheshire Place, East Northport, NY (11731).
The Burial will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the St. Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood, Avenue Farmingdale, NY (11735).
